After his workshop in December of 2008, my entire business outlook has drastically changed. Inspiring, informative and extremely helpful on many levels, Mike gives such a wonderful gift of knowledge to his students.  Now at the top of the wedding industry, Mike generously shares the secrets to a successful career with other photographers through his workshops, DVDs, online broadcasting, lectures, etc.  In his workshops, he strongly emphasizes the importance of authenticity, uniqueness, and high quality photography, combined with excellent customer service.

I was honored and excited to help Mike Colon arranging some of the details, before his recent workshop on Oahu.  Gemina Chong & Sarah Pacheco did a fabulous job on the hair and makeup.  Tyler and Becky were our models.  They are newlyweds whose love for one another was naturally beautiful.  Becky is quite the photographer as well. A big thanks also to Mike Adrian, Natalie & Richie Norton for helping out with the workshop.  It was so extraordinary to meet all the other talented photographers who attended Mike’s workshop. I’m excited for what the future brings for everyone!

Kristin’s parents and sister were on Maui vacationing with them and it was so sweet to see what a strong bond baby Cooper had with all of them.  The portrait session was a Holiday gift for Kristin’s father — how sweet to give a gift of memories!

Can I just say how much I adore Kristin’s photography?  As I peruse the images on her website and blog, I see such a pure sweetness in her images.  She has an incredible gift to capture these moments between families and to create images of newborns that are incredibly precious! I had the privilege of taking the Fast Track Photographer workshop with Photographer/Author/Leader Dane Sanders in November 2009. Dane is an amazing person and he is so unbelievably good at what he does which is to help people find a clear vision of what they want in their life and business and focus on their strengths as a photographer. He is also so kind-hearted, open, humorous and fun to be around which make his workshop that much more incredible! He is the author of the book Fast Track Photographer.

Dane, through your book and your workshop, you have taught me so much! I am very grateful for everything I have learned from you as well as all of the other Maui Workshop attendees who have all become friends of mine! Since the workshop, I have really thought about my vision as a photographer and I have set goals and spent a lot of time thinking of ways that I can focus on my strengths in order to better my business.

I HIGHLY recommend that any photographer who wants to get inspired, learn a lot about business, and network with other creative like-minded individuals, either read the Fast Track Photographer book and/or attend Dane’s Fast Track Photographer Workshop. Trust me, his ideas and positivity are something you DO NOT want to miss out on!
