While we were on Oahu last month, I hung out with my good friend Lisa Hoang and she invited us to take some photos at her studio. Make sure to check out Lisa’s website: Simply Baby Photography. Kandice has been a great friend of mine every since Junior High. Aren’t they adorable? This was a really fun photo shoot. I just love networking with other photographers and growing together as a community.

The Beauty of Motherhood

My dear friend Pa’ahana resembles everything wonderful about motherhood. She is someone I admire and strive to be like. She is patient, kind, caring, nurturing, loving, giving, respectful, and sensitive — all the qualities of an amazing mother and friend. She is blessed with three beautiful children. I’m so happy to introduce you to sweet baby boy, He liko ka ao maka. He is an angel!

Malia is a really good friend of mine from when we were in High school and College. We have shared so many fun memories over the years. It brings me great joy and pleasure to have captured some precious moments for her and her two adorable boys; Kanoa and Kamakauola. These photos were taken on a beautiful Hana beach. Have I also mentioned how much I absolutely LOVE Hana? Kaimana had so much fun playing on the beach with Kanoa. I have included some photos of the two of them also. Congratulations Malia on the newest edition of your family.

Four Seasons Lana’i | Family Vacation

We had THE BEST Valentine’s Day weekend imaginable. We were also celebrating my Grandma Pearl’s 90th Birthday too. We stayed at Four Seasons Lanai at Manele Bay and also spent some time up at Koele Lodge. I was blown away by the beauty of Lana’i! It was wonderful just to relax with family and enjoy the weekend together. We did a sunrise nature walk on Valentines Day morning followed by a delicious Brunch! The best part about it all was that the Four Seasons is so increbibly kid-friendly. I loved how when we got to our dinner reservation they had a high-chair set up along with crayons and coloring paper, then the server brought out Kaimana’s food so quickly – what a treat to have such a smooth dining experience with our 2-year-old. Any parents with toddlers can probably relate All in all, it was definitely one of the best weekends of my life… I feel so grateful! Here are some photos from our trip:

Maui Pumpkin Patch

We had the funnest time up at the Pumpkin Patch at Kula Country Farms. We met up with Evonne from Events by Evonne. She was so sweet to come and take our family photos and you can see some of all of us on her blog. Evonne is an amazing wedding coordinator here in Hawaii and she is very passionate about photography as well. She got got some amazing captures of us and I am so incredibly grateful! She has many talents! Thank you Evonne for taking our family photos!

I also brought my camera and had fun photographing my little sweetheart, Kaimana, as well as all of the bright and vibrant colors of the pumpkins and flowers. Here’s some of my favorite from the day. You’ll notice I did a new layout for the blog which took forever LOL It’s fun though

Kaimana – 16 months

Kaimana – the joy of our lives! He’s growing so fast. He has taught me to be a better person. After having him, I feel more patient and loving and compassionate and understanding. Having Kaimana has been the hugest blessing in so many ways! Kaimana – we love you son! My mom was visiting and I caught a couple sweet ones of the two of them too. These were taking at Iao – some of them are a bit soft because he was moving so fast but I love them anyways
