Hawaii Wedding Photography | Dominic & Erin :: Ihilani Resort & Spa

Dominic and Erin were such a sweet couple! They were married at the beautiful Ihilani Resort & Spa on the west side of Oahu. They opted to see each other before the ceremony for portraits and I just love the look on their faces when they had their “first look”. It was great because we had the chance to take some photos on the beach in the oh-so-beautiful morning light and blue skies. They had their ceremony on the lawn and then a lunch reception in the ballroom. Dominic & Erin are both from Oahu but they live in California now. They came home to tie the knot. Their wedding was so beautiful! Dominic and Erin – thank you for having us capture your special day. We wish you a lifetime of happiness together!

Maui Wedding | North Maluaka Beach :: Rebekah & Brian

Rebekah and Brian traveled to Maui to tie the knot a couple of weeks ago. Their wedding ceremony was held at North Maluaka Beach and it was so intimate and sweet with just to two of them. I adored how much their love for one another showed in their facial expressions. We had a great time taking photos after their morning ceremony. This spot is ideal because there’s the beach and trees and an overgrown field right across the street. It’s always fun to get many different looks during the photo session.

Maui Pumpkin Patch

We had the funnest time up at the Pumpkin Patch at Kula Country Farms. We met up with Evonne from Events by Evonne. She was so sweet to come and take our family photos and you can see some of all of us on her blog. Evonne is an amazing wedding coordinator here in Hawaii and she is very passionate about photography as well. She got got some amazing captures of us and I am so incredibly grateful! She has many talents! Thank you Evonne for taking our family photos!

I also brought my camera and had fun photographing my little sweetheart, Kaimana, as well as all of the bright and vibrant colors of the pumpkins and flowers. Here’s some of my favorite from the day. You’ll notice I did a new layout for the blog which took forever LOL It’s fun though

Kaimana – 16 months

Kaimana – the joy of our lives! He’s growing so fast. He has taught me to be a better person. After having him, I feel more patient and loving and compassionate and understanding. Having Kaimana has been the hugest blessing in so many ways! Kaimana – we love you son! My mom was visiting and I caught a couple sweet ones of the two of them too. These were taking at Iao – some of them are a bit soft because he was moving so fast but I love them anyways

Jennifer & Aaron ` Sheraton Keauhou – Kona, HI

My first blog post on my new blog – YAY!

Jennifer and Aaron were married at the Sheraton Keauhou in the south side of the Big Island. There wedding was intimate, elegant, beautiful and romantic! These two were so much fun to work with! When Jennifer contacted me awhile back, I was excited from day one to be a part of their day. I could tell through emails and phone conversations that she was so sweet and fun. I came to Kona the day before and got to meet them at their rehearsal at the Sheraton. Their ceremony was held in the chapel on the grounds of the Sheraton with a lovely reception on the lawn. We had fun going all around the property taking photos. I loved the black lava rocks and the trees. What a great spot! My good friend Misty (we took photography classes together in college) assisted me and took some great shots – thanks Misty! Aaron and Jennifer, thank you for sharing your amazing day with us! We are so happy for the two of you!

After their wedding, they continued their honeymoon in Maui and we did a Trash the Dress session which I can’ t wait to share on my blog soon!
