Vanessa and Carl
I met Vanessa and Carl a couple of months back. They live on Oahu but travel to Maui frequently. They found me at the Maui Bridal Expo and we met for coffee one weekend when I was on Oahu. They are such a sweet couple and it was so exciting to hear about their wedding next year. I felt very honored when they told me they’d like to reserve their wedding date with me. Vanessa called me a couple of weeks ago to schedule an engagement shoot, since they were coming to Maui for the weekend. I absolutely love tengagement sessions with clients before the wedding day – we all get to know more about each other and it warms the couple up to the camera, training for the big day
Vanessa and Carl got permission to take photos up at their high school campus, Lahainaluna. We even got to use the school bus for some photos, which was very sweet because they used to take the same bus in high school. It’s always fun to shoot somewhere different and to get creative with new scenery. Lahainaluna is a beautiful campus! Vanessa and Carl – I’m so happy for the two of you and extremely excited that I will be photographing your wedding day! It’s going to be beautiful.
