Alicia and Johnson share a special story. Being high-school sweethearts, they have grown up together and become each others partner in life.
Alicia looked stunning in her Priscilla of Boston’s Melissa Sweet “Dora” dress and Janet Falkner Designs teardrop pearl earrings with Swarovski crystal accents. Johnson was very handsome in his J.Crew Ludlow Suit in black Italian wool.

I very much enjoyed being there to document their beautiful wedding day. Mahalo to Alisa Greig for assisting! These are two are two of the sweetest people and I am so happy for them. Congratulations Johsnon and Alicia!

Four Seasons Wailea Maui | Allison + Joe

When I met Allison and Joe along with their two lovely daughters several months ago, I knew their wedding would be a really special one! We did a family/engagement photo session and I got to know them and their children before the wedding which was great. On the day of the wedding, Allison looked absolutely stunning. The couple made their ceremony not only about their own commitment to each other but also about their commitment to each others’ daughters which I thought was really sweet. The team at the Four Seasons Maui did a spectacular job, as always, in creating an elegant and beautiful event. Both the ceremony and reception took place on the Ocean Front Lawn. Julie and Marc make an adorable couple who are completely in love. Their wedding day was beyond beautiful. Friends and family joined them all from Canada. Molokini Lookout provided a gorgeous backdrop for their nuptials. We got lucky with an unbelievable colorful sunset. From Joanna Tano Photography… Olowalu Plantation House was the perfect venue for Marissa and Lachlan’s wedding. Marissa used her great sense of style to create a wedding that was rustic, stylish and beautiful! The couple met in New York City, where they currently live. Her family traveled from the mainland, and his came from Australia. Both families were lovely and gracious. The couple was madly in love, and it showed throughout the day! I am so happy for the two of them, and I feel lucky to have documented their beautiful wedding.

Gabriella and Zach tied the knot on the beach in Maui. The bride, originally from Maui, planned a beautiful wedding here on the island. Zach’s family flew in from the East Coast to celebrate the big day. Their wedding was so special and personalized which you can see in all of their special details. Sacred Hearts Church Maui Wedding | Tracey + Alan

Tracey and Alan were really wonderful to work with! They have a special story about their engagement and wedding. Here are a few words from Tracey:

We got engaged in Guatemala where Alan proposed using hand made Guatemalan bracelets therefore we had Guatemalan name bracelets made for everyone at the wedding. Also the red dress is pretty memorable from our family in Vietnam and made it in our back pack all the way on our trip. We had a blast and couldn’t believe the huge turnout with folks from Australia, Canada, and across the US.

Wendy and Jonathan celebrated their elegant wedding at the Four Seasons Maui with friends and family from around the world. When I met with them several months prior to the big day, I could could tell what a beautiful event they were planning. A welcome dinner was also hosted at the Four Seasons for all of their guests. For their reception, everyone enjoyed a lantern-lit dinner along with a fun evening of dancing and games on the Ocean front lawn. Congratulations Wendy and Jon! Haiku Mill Wedding | Mandy + Pete

The rustic charm of Haiku Mill provided the perfect setting for Mandy and Pete’s wedding. Peter Moylan, a relief pitcher for the Atlanta Braves who is originally from Australia, had family members who flew in from Down Under to attend the wedding party. Mandy’s family and friends flew in from the Mainland. Though Pete and Mandy reside in Georgia, they frequently travel back and forth to Australia.

Every detail of the ceremony and reception was thoughtfully put together, creating an elegant wedding – beautiful beyond belief. Pete’s two young daughters were adorable flower girls. Mandy was an especially stunning and radiant bride.

A historic Hawaiian landmark, Haiku Mill is unique and lovely. As a photographer, it is a treat to document weddings at the Haiku Mill, due to the varied and beautiful visual elements available there!

The island of Lana’i is such a gorgious setting for any wedding — big or small. Jovita and Eduardo had such a sweet, intimate wedding with just the two of them at the Kumulani Terrace, Four Seasons Lana’i at Manele Bay. What a treat to photograph these two in such a beautiful setting! Jovita had her makeup done by the talented Sarah la GLAM! Doesn’t she look beautiful?!
