Carrie and Jonas along with family and friends traveled from Colorado to tie the knot on the Oceanfront Lawn at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. Carrie was such a gorgeous bride with a calm and relaxed way about her. When we arrived at the bride and bride’s maids’ hotel room, they were excitedly preparing for the day. Jonas and the guys were such a fun bunch and we had a great time taking photos.
The ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful on the Oceanfront Lawn. There was some rain earlier in the day, but as luck would have it, the weather cleared up for the ceremony and reception. The skies were blue with a slight breeze. Carrie’s brother officiated the wedding ceremony. After the couple walked down the aisle, friends and family congratulated them with hugs. The guests then enjoyed cocktails, while Carrie and Jonas slipped away with us for sunset photos. Meanwhile, the amazing staff at the Four Seasons quickly turned the Oceanfront Lawn from a ceremony site to the the reception venue.
On the beach, Carrie and Jonas shared some really sweet moments, enjoying the the spectacular sunset. Their love for each other was natural, beautiful, and pure. What a pleasure to capture that on camera! They then joined their guests for cocktails, followed by a candlelit dinner served under the open sky. All of the details of the wedding day were simply beautiful! Avery Solmssen did a fantastic job on the flowers. The coordinators at the Four Seasons seamlessly put together quite a stunning event. After dinner, the couple cut their cake, danced and enjoyed toasts and laughs with their friends and family.
