St. John’s Church Maui | King Kamehameha Golf Club Wedding :: Mandy & Ross

The wedding ceremony of Mandy and Ross, at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Kula, Maui, was followed by a reception in the Waikapu Ballroom at the King Kamehameha Golf Clubhouse in Waikapu.  The ceremony at the small church officiated by Rev. Heather Mueller was touching and inspirational.  After the ceremony, we took group photos and portraits of the gorgeous couple on the beautiful grounds of the historic church.  While taking their pictures, I couldn’t help but be moved by the tenderness between them.

Along with their wedding party, the bride and groom traveled down to their reception by limousine. We walked around the King Kamehameha Golf “Clubhouse” for more photographs of the lovely couple. The clubhouse is actually an architectural marvel designed by Frank Lloyed Wright for Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller. The Waikapu Ballroom in which the reception took place has amazing views of both the North and South Shore of Maui.  The ballroom proved to be a fantastic place for a wedding celebration. For anyone curious, click HERE to read an interesting article the history and features of the Clubhouse.

During the reception, Mandy and Ross were surrounded by and toasted by their wonderful friends and family. Guests enjoyed a tasty dinner along with cocktails, entertainment and dancing.  This wedding was beautiful in every way.  I am so honored to have been a part of it.

Mandy and Ross, Congratulations to the both of you! I hope you had a wonderful honeymoon on Kauai.

Much thanks to talented photographer, Anna Kim for assisting me at the wedding.
